Product FAQs

Is this a diabetic product?+

No. It is a higher-fibre, blood-sugar-conscious everyday khichdi made with whole millets and moong dal. It is a food, not a treatment for any condition.

How much protein and fibre per serving?+

Approximately 8.1 g protein and 6.5 g fibre per 60 g serving, based on indicative prototype values pending lab validation.

Can I add vegetables?+

Yes — vegetables, spinach and greens work well and make the meal more complete.
