Why this product exists
Most multigrain attas trade softness for nutrition. This blend keeps a whole-wheat base for easy rolling and puffing while roasted pulses and millets raise protein and fibre.

How to prepare
Standard chapati+
- 1Add 180 g of atta to a bowl.
- 2Add about 120–135 ml lukewarm water gradually and knead for 5–6 minutes.
- 3Cover and rest the dough for 15–20 minutes, then divide into six.
- 4Roll using minimal dry flour and cook on a hot tawa.
- 5Turn when bubbles appear; finish over direct flame if desired.
- 6Store cooked chapatis in an insulated container to retain softness.
- •This blend absorbs more water than ordinary atta — add water gradually; the dough should be soft, not sticky.
- •Too much dry flour while rolling can make the chapati drier.
